As Director of Client Experience at Ascend Financial Strategies, Stephanie Byers is the cornerstone of our client service process—guiding each individual and family with warmth, organization, and clear communication. She ensures clients feel confident and cared for from their first meeting through every stage of their financial journey.

A graduate of Radford University with a degree in Media Studies, Stephanie brings a unique blend of creativity, empathy, and operational expertise shaped by a dynamic background in media, marketing, hospitality, and event coordination. Her strengths lie in building genuine relationships, anticipating client needs, and translating complex processes into a seamless and supportive experience.

Outside the office, Stephanie finds joy in hiking Virginia’s trails, attending live music events, experimenting in the kitchen, and cultivating her growing knowledge of horticulture as she trains to become a Master Gardener.
